In cooperation with the DFG network Spielformen der Angst (Variations of fear) and the Institute of Sociology, Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg.

The interdisciplinary academic panel was held at Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg in cooperation with the DFG network Spielformen der Angst (Variations of fear) and the Institute of Sociology, Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg.

Within the festival Angst hat große Augen (Fear has big eyes) Werkleitz hosted the academic panel Angst im Gespräch, concerning the representation of fear in language, art and film, as well as construction and deconstruction of recent social scenarios of fear. Continuing topics were risk and prevention.
As part of the programme Werkleitz organized the excursion to Bitterfeld-Wolfen. All talks and presentations were in German language.
